Day 1
Potato Waffles – simply use grated potatoes, flour, salt, and pepper to make these golden potato waffles, so simple and effective!
Day 2
Pappardelle – cut up lasagne sheets to make some Pappardelle pasta, feelin’ fancy on a budget at its finest!
Day 3
Craving a pizza? Layer two wraps with pizza sauce for a deliciously thin and crispy base, and top with anything your heart (or leftovers) desire!
Day 4
Swap the BBQ Korean flavours in this dish with a mix of soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to make a quick and easy marinade that’s full of flavour!
Day 5
Ahhh bangers and mash, the ultimate frugal dish! Use any leftover potatoes to make creamy mash with our Like Smoked Sausages.
Day 6
Don’t have any tortilla chips? Cut up some wraps into triangles and grill them until they’re lovely and crispy, or even use sweet potato to make fibre-full loaded fries!
Day 7
A hearty chilli is a fab way to use up tinned tomatoes, kidney beans, and any veg you have to get that plant-based goodness in!
