Olive oil for frying
1 package of Like Chicken Bites
2 dl plant cream, we used oat
1 handful of grated plant cheese (or 1dl water and 3 tbsp nutritional yeast)
150g of fresh spinach leaves
Salt and pepper
200g dry fettuccini pasta

In a skillet heat the olive oil and fry the Like Chicken bites on high heat until you have, golden, crispy bits. About 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Pour in the plant cream and plant cheese (or nutritional yeast and water) into the skillet, stir constantly until cheese has melted.
Cook your fettuccini al dente according to pack in a lot of water as salty as seawater. Drain, but save the pasta water.
Add your cooked pasta to the sauce and pour in about 1 dl pasta water and the spinach.
Stir well, adjust the thickness of the sauce with extra pasta water if needed and season with salt and pepper.
Add the Like Chicken bites back into the dish, stir and serve with plenty of freshly cracked black pepper and chopped fresh basil.
