  • 1 package of MAX Crispy No Chicken Burger
  • Pico de gallo:
  • 2 large tomatoes – finely chopped
  • ½ red onion – finely chopped
  • 1 medium spicy chili – finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • ½ clove of garlic - minced
  • salt
  • Avo smash:
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ clove of garlic - minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 handful of coriander leaves – roughly chopped
  • salt
  • 4 nice salad leaves
  • 2 burger buns

  1. For the Pico de Gallo: Mix all ingredients well, season with salt.
  2. Smash the peeled avocados with a fork mix with garlic, lime and coriander and season with salt.
  3. Time to fry your Like MAX Crispy No Chicken Burger. Heat a pan to medium high, add generous amount of olive oil and fry the Burger until golden brown and crispy, it will need about 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Toast your burger buns and build your burger with bottom bun, salad leaves, MAX Crispy No Chicken Burger, avo smash, pico de gallo and top with the top bun. Serve with tortilla crisps or fries.
