First make the tangy cabbage by mixing lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper and cumin. Shred the cabbage and mix with the marinade in a bowl, giving it a good stir with your hands to make sure everything is nice and coated.
Next, heat a pan and fry the Like Nuggets in oil until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes on each side.
To make the dressing, mix the plant-based mayo, yoghurt, lime juice/zest, garlic and sugar together then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave, then load up your tacos with the cabbage, nuggets, cilantro, a squeeze of lime and a drizzle of creamy dressing.
