We’ve spiced up these classic fajitas wraps with a Like Grilled Chick’n twist. Add a juicy squeeze of lime for a tasty meal that’s sure to put a smile on your face.

  • 1 package of Like Grilled Chick’n
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 bell peppers 1 red and 1 green – cut in long slices
  • 1 yellow onion – cut in thin slices
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Juice and peel of 1 lime
  • For serving
  • 1 handful of cilantro – roughly chopped
  • 4 medium flour tortillas

  1. In a pan, fry the onions in oil until soft and translucent. Add the Like Grilled Chick’n pieces and garlic and fry for another minute, until slightly crisp. Sprinkle in the cumin, chili flakes and paprika and give everything a stir to coat.
  2. Pop in the bell peppers in the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Squeeze over the lime juice, toss in the lime zest, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Warm your tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds, then load up with the Grilled Chick’n, veggies, chopped cilantro and an extra squeeze of lime.
