What to buy?

Buy this product

1 pack of Like Pulled BBQ (fresh)
2 of your favourite burger buns
4 leaves of green lettuce
1/2 large fennel head, very thinly sliced
Juice of 1/2 orange
100g pickled beetroot, finely diced
1/2 apple, finely diced
Plant-based aioli
Salt and pepper

Let's do this!

With your hands mix the fennel slices, orange juice and a pinch of salt and “massage” it for about one minute. Set aside for 10 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the diced, pickled beetroot and the apple.

Fry the Like Pulled BBQ in a little oil until golden.

Heat the buns according to the instructions on the pack.

Build your burgers with aioli on the top and bottom buns, place the green lettuce on the bottom, add the fennel salad and Like Pulled BBQ and top with the beetroot apple mix before adding the top bun.

Tip

Make sure you guard your meal, it will disappear before you know it!
