What to buy?

Buy this product

1 pack of Like Nuggets (fresh)
1.5 dl basmati rice
100g green seaweed salad
1/2 mango, diced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
2 dl shelled edamame beans
2 medium carrots, julienne or very thinly sliced
Coriander to garnish

Sesame dressing:
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
Chilli flakes to taste
1 tbsp black and white sesame seeds

Let's do this!

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the pack and allow it to cool slightly.

Mix all ingredients for the dressing well.

Fry the Like Nuggets in coconut or other vegetable oil until crispy and golden.

Place half the rice in each bowl, top with seaweed salad, edamame beans, mango, avocado and julienne carrots and Like Nuggets. Make it look pretty.

Drizzle with the sesame dressing, top with fresh coriander and eat with chop sticks.

Tip

Make sure you guard your meal, it will disappear before you know it!
