Homemade Loaded nachos with Like Grilled Chicken

What to buy?
1 pack of Like Grilled Chicken (fresh)
8 small pure corn tortilla flatbreads
Oil for deep frying
For the salsa:
2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 red onion, very finely chopped
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Chilli to taste
1 diced avocado
Handful of coriander leaves, chopped
Let's do this!
Heat enough oil in a pot to deep-fry. Test if the oil is hot enough with the wooden end of a match, if it bubbles and sizzles when you gently dip it in the oil, you’re good to go.
Cut each tortilla flatbread into six triangles (like cutting a pizza). Fry them in the oil until crispy and golden. Remove from the oil and leave them on some paper tissue to drain.
In a frying pan, fry the Like Grilled Chicken until golden and slightly crispy. Add a little salt and pepper.
For the salsa, mix all ingredients in a bowl and season with chilli until it’s perfect for you.
On a chopping board, layer your homemade tortilla crisps, salsa, avocado and more crisps, repeat and finish with a generous sprinkling of coriander.
