this ramen is miso, soy and sesame flavoured and that’s a very good combo, if you ask us.

What you’ll need

1 package of Like Chicken Bites

150 grams of your favourite dry noodles. – cooked according to package.

4 tab of light miso paste

1/2 can of coconut  milk.

0,5L water

3-4 lime leafs, best fresh but dry is fine

ginger to taste – minced

1 tbsp red curry paste (depending on how spicy it is)

sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 carrots – cut into match stick pieces

4 spring onions – in 2 cm pieces (save some of the green parts for topping)

150g of your favourite mushrooms – we used dried enoki, but most mushrooms work.

 

What to do:

In a large pan or a pot, fry the Like Chicken Bites in sesame oil. Remove from the pan and fry the spring onion, ginger, carrots, lime leafs and mushrooms. Add curry paste, soy sauce and miso, give a good stir and fry for 1 minute.

Add water and coconut milk. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Tate and add salt or more miso and red curry to taste.

Add your noodles and Like Chicken Bites to two bowls and pour over the burning hot miso broth.

Sprinkle with spring onion tops and peanuts or sesame seeds.
