World Vegetarian day! AND new meal plan.

Hi guys!

 

So, it’s world vegetarian day today. Get out there and hug a vegetarian, eat some veggies and let’s celebrate with a new meal plan 🙂

This week we have a veggie filled lasagne, Scandinavian classic Biksemad/Rydbergs and a delicious yellow curry.

 

Let’s get started, here’s your shopping list:

 

1 package of Like Mince

1 package of Like Gyros

1 package of Like Chicken bites

 

Veggies:

3 onions

garlic

1 broccoli

5 carrots

1 lime

600g potatoes

300g green beans – frozen or fresh

chives

200g spinach – fresh of frozen

500g tomatoes – fresh or canned

 

The rest:

1 can coconut milk

quinoa

smoked sweet paprika

tarragon – dried or fresh

1 plantmilk

White vinegar

Grated plant cheese

yeallow curry paste

 

Things you will need, but might already have:

Salt 

peber

oregano

thyme

soy sauce

balsamic vinegar

olive oil

sunflower oil

sugar

nutmeg
