Schnitzel and Spaghetti

Schnitzel and spaghetti:

Another great empty your pantry and fridge recipe. You’ll need Like Schnitzel and pasta, doesn’t have to be spaghetti and if you don’t have pasta in your pantry are you even doing life right? Tomato could be zucchini or frozen peas or even eggplant would work. 

1 package of Like Schnitzel

200g of spaghetti – cooked al dente

200g of cherry tomato 

1/2 onion – finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic – chopped

A couple of tablespoons of capers

GOOD olive oil

Juice and peel from 1/2 lemon

 

Do this:

Fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the tomatos and fry for a few minutes. Add the precooked spaghetti, the peel and juice of the lemon and a good extra splash of olive oil. Season with salt and freshly ground peber. 

Fry the Like schnitzel and serve with lovely lemony spaghetti and capers.
