Mushroom and mince gnocchi with Like Mince
Preparation time: 20 mins.
What to buy?
1 package of Like Mince (frozen)
500g of gnocchi, cooked according to package
2 cloves of garlic
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Oil for frying
200g of you favourite mushrooms, sliced
A handfull of sage leaves
salt and pepper
Let's do this!
In a pan fry the onion, mushrooms and Like Mince, add garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper, stir. Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and mix it all well. Leave it on low heat and let the gnocchi heat through and get a little browned.
In a small pot heat enough oil to deep fry the sage leaves. Do that, deep fry the sage leaves, this is important, it only takes seconds. Put the deep fried sage leaves on some paper to drain the extra oil, they should be crispy.
Serve the mushroom/mince gnocchi with a sprinkle of crisp sage leaves and sea salt flakes. So simple, so good.
