What to buy?

Buy this product

1 pack of Like Gyros (fresh)
800g of potatoes
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
1/2 tab sweet smoked paprika
olive oil
salt

For dressing:
2 dl plantbased cream
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 dates
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
chili flakes to taste
salt and pepper to taste

sesame seeds and basil leaves for garnish

Let's do this!

1) Cut your potatoes into french fry shape. In a bowl mix 1 tbsp of olive oil, paprika and salt to taste. Add the potatoes to the bowl and mix well. Spread the potatoes on a baking tray and mix in the cherry tomatoes and put them in a preheated oven on 200 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes turn once and keep and eye on them so the don’t burn.

2) Fry your Like Gyros in a little oil until slightly crispy and golden.

3) Dressing:
In a highspeed blender mix all ingredients until combined, taste and add salt until it’s perfect.

4) Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and loads of basil leaves.

Tip

Make sure you guard your meal, it will disappear before you know it!
