Fresh pita Kebab with Like Kebab

What to buy?
1 package of Like Kebab (fresh)
2 pita breads
2 medium carrots, peeled
200 g thinly sliced red cabbage
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Juice of 1 orange or 1/2 glass of orange juice
Handful of chopped parsley
1/2 can of chickpeas, drained
1/2 dl tahini
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 clove of garlic, minced
Let's do this!
With a peeler, make thin carrot slices. Mix the orange juice with the sliced cabbage, carrot slices and red onion. Leave for 10 minutes, then drain.
Fry the Like Kebab and chickpeas in a little olive oil until the kebab is golden. Remove from the heat and mix in half of the chopped parsley. Set aside.
Mix all ingredients for the tahini dressing.
Heat the pita bread according to the instructions on the pack. Cut a slice in one end of each pita and open them. Start by spreading some tahini dressing on the inside of the bread, then make layers of carrot/cabbage mix and kebab/chickpeas. Finish with the rest of the tahini dressing and a sprinkling of parsley.
Make sure you guard your meal, it will disappear before you know it!
