Chili con LikeMeat with Like Mince

What to buy?
1 pack of Like Mince (frozen)
1 can of mixed beans
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
1 diced onion
2 minced cloves of garlic
1 diced green bell pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 fresh red chilli (you decide what type depending on how hot you want your dish)
2 dl dark beer, such as stout
Salt and pepper
Lime, coriander and plant-based crème fraîche for serving.
Let's do this!
Add some cooking oil to a pot, slowly fry the onions on medium heat until soft. Add cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika and garlic. Stir and fry gently for about one minute.
Add the Like Mince, turn up the heat and fry for three minutes. Add fresh chilli and green pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour the beer into the pot and let it reduce by about half. Add the beans and chopped tomatoes. Bring to a boil and let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla bread, lime, coriander and cold plant-based crème fraîche.
