Butter Chicken with Like Chicken Bites

Melt 1 tbsp of plant-based butter in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Fry the Like Chicken Style Bites until they brown a little on all sides. Remove the chunks from the pan and set aside.
Melt another tbsp of plant-based butter in the pan over medium heat. Fry the diced onion until translucent and soft. Add the garlic, garam masala, ginger, fresh chilli and cumin. Cook for about one minute and add the chopped tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the cream. Bring to a simmer, add the browned Like Chicken Bites and let the mixture simmer on a low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir in the last tbsp of butter and combine until melted.
Serve the dish with naan bread, brown rice and lots of lime and coriander.
