Potato waffles

This recipe is as delicious as it is easy. You can use the potato waffles as a glutenfree “bread” for any of your favourite sandwich fillings or how about using the waffles as burger buns for a super greasy byger, french fries included in the bun!

Waffles:

600 g potatoes

75 g flour (use corn flour if making gluten-free versions)

salt

pepper

 

Grate the potatos and use a kitchen towel to press out as much liquid as possible. In a bowl mix the potatos, salt, peber and flour.

 

Use some kitchen paper to oil your waffle iron and make 2 crispy golden potato waffles.

 

We’ve served them with Like Grilled Chicken, beet root pesto, spinach and aioli. Yum!
