Our very first meal plan

This is the first ever official likeMeat meal plan, and we’re kind proud of it. it’s plant based/vegan. It has a shopping list, and three recipes for three plant based meals a week.

This first week has cauliflower risotto, mediterranean burger and enchiladas, enjoy!

 

Shopping list:

1 package Like mince

1 package Like Chicken bites

1 package Like Pulled BBQ

 

Greens

1 aubergine

1 leek

1 lemon

1 whole garlic

1 large tomato

1 head of salad

1 large sweet potato

1 cauliflower

1 mild, red chili

200g fresh spinach

1 onion

 

Dried, canned stuff

2 burger buns

4 corn tortillas

2 cans of chopped tomatoes

1 can of chickpeas

1 can of mixed beans (if you cannot get that, get black, brown or kidney beans)

1 glass of tahin (you’ll only need a little, but it holds for very long in the fridge)

 

Plant dairy:

200g plant cheese

250ml plant cream

 

Things you’ll need, but probably already have:

olive oil

salt

peber

cumin

dried oregano
