We’re still SUPER exited about our meal plans! And this one has Stuffed aubergine, potato tacos and kale wraps. All 100% plant based, all using LikeMeat. If you want to eat healthy, amazingly tasty and just good food, you’ve come to the right place.

Here’s your shopping list for this week, see if you can get most of the stuff locally – that way we’re being even more planet friendly 🙂

 

Shopping list:

1 package of LikeMeat Mince

1 package of LikeMeat Gyros

1 package of Like Chicken Bites

Veggies:

1 cabbage – you can use green or read, you decide it’s healthy and pretty anyway.

2 red onions

1 carrot

2 aubergines

1 lemon

1 lime

1 pomme grenade

1zucchini

20 cherry tomatoes

1 avocado

2 large baking potatoes

Dry stuff 

2dl cous cous – (if you can get bulk do that, but otherwise buy a package, we’ll have mor cous cous recipes coming up 😉

50g almonds

soy sauce

peanut butter

smoked paprika – just buy a jar, you can use it for everything, like vegan bacon.

Dried, crushed rosemary – get it at the store or from your garden, either way it should be ground.

salt 

peber
