LikeMeat meal plans.
From now on we aim to have a meal plan for 3 plantbased meals a week, including a shopping list, so you can go shopping monday and with 3 super simple recipes have 3 plant based dinners every week. How great is that?
This first week you’ll have mediterranean burger, cauliflower risotto and classic enchiladas. Oh, and the recipes are for 2 people, but you’ll do the math if you are a 4,5,6 or 12 people household.
We try to keep it simple, sorta healthy, 100% plant based and REALLY tasty. Remember, you do you, recipes are an inspiration, if you like more chili, less chili or have a leftover avocado you need to use, just do it. Food is not a force to be controlled by rules and boxes, food is supposed to be free, fun and tasty, just like you 😉
