Meal plan ready again!

We’re ready with a new meal plan, full of veggies and loads of flavour, but also very simple 😉 We just want you to have an easy meal plan for 3 plant based meals a week, that don’t feel like you’re missing out. The recipes are for 2 people 🙂

This week stars, mushroom and mince fettuccini, stuffed hokkaido and ratatouille, yum!

You’ll probably need to shop a little, so here’s your list:

 

Shopping list:

2 packs of LikeMeat Mince

1 pack of Like Chicken bites

1 hokkaido pumpkin

 

Greens:

1 egg plant

2 onions

200g of oyster mushrooms

200g of fresh (or frozen) spinach

spring onions

250g of tomatoes 8fresh or canned)

1 whole garlic

1 zucchini

2 large potatoes

1 red chili

fresh basil in a pot

 

Dry and canned stuff:

200ml of plant cream (soy or oat)

1 can of coconut milk

Brown rice

Light miso paste

Tomato paste

Fettuccini

Things you’ll need but probably already have:

Olive oil for frying everything 

salt

peber

curry powder

soy sauce

nutmeg

dried rosemary

dried thyme
