Like Chicken Pie

Hearty, warm, delicious comfort food, but plant based and awesome.
Chicken Pie:
Pie pastry:
100g wheat flour
80g whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
100g plant butter
2 tbsp plant yoghurt
Filling:
1 package of Like Chicken Bites
150g carrots – in small cubes
100g peas
1 leek – rinsed and finely chopped
200ml plant cream
30ml corn starch
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp dried thyme
salt and peber.
Do this:
Pie pastry:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough, until it is uniform. Cover and put in the fridge for at least 1/2 hour.
Roll out your dough on a piece og baking paper, so that it is larger than your pie form.
Put your dough in the form and put it in the fridge until your filling is ready.
Filling:
Fry the Like Chicken Bites until golden and with some crispy parts. Add the carrot, leek and peas and fry for a few minutes, add salt, peber, lemon juice and thyme.
Mix the plant cream, salt, peber and corn starch.
Get your pie form out and add the filling and pour over the plant cream mix. Use the excess to fold over parts of the filling.
Pop the whole thing in the oven at 100 degrees for about 30 minutes.
