La-La-La-La-Lasagne!!!

We all have a go-to lasagne recipe, but this on is meat and dairy free, but serve it to your meat loving friends, and no one will know 😉

 

What to buy:

1 package of LikeMeat Mince

Lasagne sheets 

olive oil – for frying

2 cloves garlic – minced

1 onion – chopped

3 large carrots – finely chopped

1 broccoli stalk – grated

¼ teaspoon salt

200g spinach – fresh or frozen

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

500g tomatoes – canned or fresh – chopped

2 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp dried oregano

1 tab dried thyme

salt

pepper

 

Bechamel:

200 ml. Plantmilk

1dl of your favourite plant cheese

a pinch of nutmeg

1 tsp sweet mustard

salt

peber

 

What to do:

Fry Like Mince, onions and garlic for a few minutes. Add the carrots, zucchini, oregano and thyme and fry for a few more minutes. Add tomato paste and stir for af minute. 

Add tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and spinach. Bring to a boil and season with salt and pepper.

For the bechamel just heat the plant cheese in the plant cream add mustard, nutmeg, salt and peber to taste and stir until it is totally combined.

Now assemble your lasagne with a layer of tomato-mince sauce in the bottom, lasagne sheets tomato mince and finish of with a thin layer of tomato-mince sauce and pour on the bechamel sauce. Baked in the oven for about 25 min until golden brown. let it rest for 10 min before you serve it with a green salad.
