Fettuccini

Our first recipe this week is this VERY simply, yet super tasty pasta dish, with oyster mushrooms, Like mince and spinach. Enjoy 🙂

 

You’ll need this:

1 package of LikeMeat Mince

200g of oyster mushrooms – ripped into thin pieces.

200g of fresh spinach – you can use frozen, just defreeze and drain before use.

3 cloves of garlic

1 leek – finely chopped

200g of fettuccini

200ml of plant cream – oat, soy or whichever you prefer

a pinch of nutmeg – grated

1 tsp miso paste

a handful of fresh basil leaves

salt and peber

 

What to do:

Boil the fettuccini according to package.

Fry the oyster mushroom at hight heat until golden and somewhat crispy it takes about 10 minutes. Set aside.

Fry garlic, leek and LikeMeat Mince at medium heat for a few minutes, ads miso, nutmeg, salt, peber and plant cream. Heat it through and add the fried oyster mushrooms, pasta, spinach and basil. and give a good stir. Let everything heat through and serve with a sprinkle of fresh ground peber and a good glass of wine.
