This weeks meal plan has three beautiful plantbased, or vegan meals. A simple, but tasty wrap, a miso ramen bowl and Like Schnitzel with brussel sprouts and sweet potato mash.
Simple, full of greens and tasty enough to satisfy the most picky eater.
We don’t encourage eating in front of the television ;)…. Unless it’s this one time and you’re watching Game Changers Movie. You’ll find it on Netflix, and it is pretty interesting and most people will learn a thing or two about plant based living from watching it. Ramen noodles and Game Changers, perfect combo!

Oh! And here’s this weeks shopping list:
1 package of Like Chicken Bites
1 package of Like Schnitzel
1 Package of Like Gyros
2 large flatbreads (the biggest you can find – or 4 smaller ones)
red lentils
tahin
agave syrup (might aswell buy it, we use it all the time 😉
sesame seeds
sesame oil
150g dried noodles
1 can of coconut milk
lime leaves
Light miso paste
red curry paste
Veggies:
5 carrots
1 purple cabbage
500g sprussel sprouts
garlic
Spring onion
2 lemons
Fresh parsley
1 cucumber
1 large sweet potato
Stuff you’ll need, but might already have:
Soy sauce
salt
peber
olive oil
