Buccatini Bolognaise

Such a classic and for such a good reason, it’s delicious!
What you’ll need:
1 package of Like Mince
oil for frying
1 medium onion – chopped
2 cloves of garlic – minced
2 bay leaves
1 stalk of fresh thyme (dried will work too)
1 stalk of green celery – finely chopped
3 medium carrots – very finely chopped
250g mushrooms – very finely chopped
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato pure
2 dl water
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Pasta – we’ve used bucatini, but you decide – boiled al dente
First fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add tomato puré and fry for a few more minutes. Add the Like Mince, carrots, celery, bay leaf, thyme and mushrooms. Fry for about 3 minutes while stirring. Add chopped tomatos, water and balsamic vinegar. Give it a good stir and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes at medium heat.
Before serving, remove the bay leaves and thyme stalk. Season with salt and peber.
Serve with your favourite pasta. You don’t need a salad for this, the greens are already in the sauce.
